STEP5 Arrival of Car

Please contact a following agent for custom clearance at Tanzania.
However, Murphy Japan will not take any responsibilities for any trouble between the agent and customer.

Responsibilities
Murphy Japan will take responsibilities for the process of buying and exporting a car
or any other goods ordered by customer from Japan.
We will not be responsible for any of the followings in the country of destination.
① Any charge or payment of custom clearance, custom duty, transportation, bounded area or warehouse fee, wharf charge and related charges at destination port.
② Any theft of stereo, power window switch and other kind of car parts and attachments at destination port
③ Any faults in the car which were not identified, by inspection agency, before the car left Japan. For example any scratches, dents and others that might be done during international transportation.
